Hot jupiter

Added the needed folder and files within for the Hot Jupiter case. It should be good to go. These settings are for simulations without tracers ! So no tracer.def in the folders, nqtot=0 in run_icosa.def, l.125 of context_dynamico.xml is commented out and tracer = .false. in callphys.def One thing that might conflict is the install.sh file, where I changed the head of the different package. I know that it works for me with these heads, in the Jupiter and Hot Jupiter case. @aymeric-spiga I' ll let you be the judge of what's to do with the install.sh file.
