Baptiste LEFEVRE requested to merge baptiste_dev into master

Basic PCIe is now available, but many tests still have to be run SPI is still a proof of concept, I need to test it on a board with SPI some day I2C is clean and documented

TODO: It's necessary to generalize the notion of peripheral, so that it can be accessed though different buses Also PCIe is not really ready (but the master branch was becoming a bit old...)
