update fetch methods

MR !18 (merged) was braking Issue #4 (moved). Indeed, to update the metadata information of any entry, the metadata root field need to be kept, because you're indicating the API that the field to be updated (i.e., 'metadata').

fetch_entry was not using the correct api-url for generic records, see Issue #5 (moved).
