Pi_HAT

PATT: Pi HAT Tuning. This electronic HAT may be tuned to many projects (see branches). The main features are:

serial acces (UART) many LED on GPIO for any statuses, including two: power on and linux heartbeat

For PiSeNLi, it adds 4 LED for serial on USB.
