PATT: Pi HAT Tuning. This electronic HAT may be tuned to many projects (see branches). The main features are:

serial acces (UART) many LED on GPIO for any statuses, including two: power on and linux heartbeat

For PiSeNLi, it adds 4 LED for serial on USB.

PiSeNLi: Pi form factor for Serial port and ethernet Link. Electronic assembly to watch serial port on USB, such as IO LAN.

WatchSerial: watch for serial port over USB for PiSeNLi module. On serial USB port, it powers on the corresponding LED and opens access to serial output (and may be input) trough HTTP and SSH, such as IO LAN.
