[#84] Fix inconsistencies between panel display config and code behaviour

I have rewritten updatePanelDisplay method to make it display panel text & icon conform to what user can select in Appearance settings For a better UX I cheated by removing the "no activity" from the Delta time field Label when [icon] selector is set and the tracker is idling.

For a mint job, availables options should be reviewed to have a better UX that reflect code capability and user expectations.
