New crystal frame compression and new scanned meta data frames

Modifying the v0.0 of data:crystal to change the way to compress. Signal length is now two shorts, the first one containing the real length of the trace, and the second one the length of the uncompressed trace (si if 0, no compression used) Adding a scanned meta data frame for the Strasbourg scanning table
