Release 0.3.3

• Migrate to plugin_dbui 0.8.2
• Replace buildVersion.py by the lastest version of build_version.py from track_publication 0.9.5.3
• Series of modification to run via a docker image.
• Apply pylint constraints and replace epydoc balises by sphinx ones.
