Resolve "Increase the length of the database field harvesters.collection"

Merged LE GAC Renaud requested to merge 91-length-harvesters-collections into master
  • Increase the length of the field havesters.collection to 1024 instead of 255.
  • Add the script harvesters_collections.sql
  • Update the script cold_startaccordingly
  • Closes #91 (closed)
