Resolve "Allow `ReadStrain` object to be re-used for different strain time series"

  • Add function ReadStrain.set_strain() to change hplus and hcross without affecting other attributes
  • Add function ReadFromStrain.set_position() to change position angles of the source without affecting other attributes
