Add correlation to longitudinal MOSA jitters

MOSA x-axis jitters are actually correlated in one spacecraft, as they originate from the projection of the spacecraft motion in the xy-plane. We should generate the spacecraft jitters along these two axes, and then project them on the x-axes of the MOSAs (using the mosa_opening_angles parameters).
