Simulate electronic delays

Contrary to optical delays, due to the propagation of signals between the spacecraft, electronic delays model any time delay in the readout and onboard processing chain.

We propose to implement them with a potentially different delay value for each IFO. All beatnote frequency offsets and fluctuations, as well as total frequencies, both for carrier and upper sidebands, will experience these electronic delays. They are applied before antialiasing filtering.
