Add MOSA pitch and update jitter levels

Currently, only the MOSA yaw jitter is considered in the simulation. However, the current estimates suggest that also MOSA pitch jitter contributes significantly. The latest numbers for the jitter amplitudes in units of nrad/rtHz are:

  • SC yaw/pitch/roll: 5
  • MOSA yaw: 2
  • MOSA pitch: 1
