Ignore Pylint warnings for LISA Constants

Jean-Baptiste Bayle requested to merge ignore-pylint-no-member-warnings-for-constants into master

LISA Constants now uses dynamic generation of members. They are not recognized by Pylint, which issues no-member (W0611) warnings for each imported constants.

We add the module to the .pylintrc to be ignored.
