Fix test-mass glitch injection factor
From the discussions initiated in https://gitlab.in2p3.fr/j2b.bayle/LISANode/-/merge_requests/318, the coupling factor to inject test-mass glitches was incorrect: a factor 2 (to account for the conversion between velocity and optical pathlength) was missing and we factored it out of the test-mass acceleration noise as well.
