Simplify TTL signs

Jean-Baptiste Bayle requested to merge simplify-ttl-couplign-signs into master

We currently implement the TTL couplings with a minus sign in front of each TTL coefficients; and the coupling with the beatnote frequency fluctuations is performed with another minus sign. These two minus signs cancel out. They are useless and complexity unnecessarily the model.

This merge request removes both these signs. The final result is left unchanged.
