Resolve "Handle `None` in `ForEachObject.write`"

Closes #54 (closed)

• Rename argument write_all to keep_all in Instrument.write(), to be consistent with Instrument.simulate()
• Use 0 for non-generated laser noise time series (because of laser locking)
