Change in xcx.FitTT()
Would it be possible to keep the whole posterior distribution of the XCx
as an output of the xcx.FitTT()
function? This is required to plot the distribution of the ECx and above all to calculate the censored interval.
An option could be to include the calculation of the censoring in the xcx.FitTT()
function, and to create a dedicated plot function to draw the distribution, e.g., a plot-xcx
function.
