Server logic

Fully fill in the server part of the Shiny application with all the assets previously developed and new ones.

• Link between inputs/outputs and business logic from the prototype stage
• Rearrange some logic functions for an easier use in an application server context
• Debugging after Preditox testing session
• Documentation: tutorial, downloadable report, example datasets
