Branch missing hits

This branch allows to generate a set of particles which are not all necessarily in the all the detectors' acceptance. It thus allows to generate events with missing hits.

A new field, TrackInAllDet, has been added in the configuration file that controls the production of missing hits. Backward compatibility with previous configuration file is ensured, by setting TrackInAllDet = true if the field is missing in the configuration file.
