I modified slightly gitlab part to integrate with VSCode, changed the order of sessions and added short plan for VSCode + JupyterBook hands-on

@maudelejeune you may want to revert my classical venv creation to the way you recommend in the corresponding part (I just used to this way and also wanted to demonstrate the .gitignore).
