This is a stable version which was tested on LISA and PTA. THere still might be some bugs. ACL is rather large but is works.

  1. Different interface: added functionality to add custom jump proposal
  2. Separating jumps from the chain building.
  3. Added Gelman-Rubin convergence test
  4. added DE_all which performs Differential evolution on all chains
