Add codemeta.json and auto-publication to Zenodo

Still to do:

• each author (@paubert @garcia) and contributor (@sami.caroff) adds relevant personal info if he wants to (email + ORCID)
• @paubert you will need a Zenodo account and a personnal token to be added in the CI variables (masked) as ZENODO_TOKEN
