Python tool to extract harmonic spectrum from magnetic field maps. Works on python 3.7.2.

Required modules: Numpy (1.21.5) matplotlib (3.5.3)

__ For a cycle plot example, run scripts/plotExample.py

__ To extract the harmonic spectrum from a map

Copy maps in maps_bin/ Use GlmExtraction.py

Usage example:

python3 GlmExtraction.py 1926 5

This takes mapping data from map 1926 and extracts its G_lm spectrum up to order l=5 from the z and rho probes and combines them accordingly The spectrum is saved as a numpy array in data/ A spectrum plot is saved in plots/
