Corrected some errors in the scripts.

Generalized the code so it could be executed from anywhere.
Created a new test infrastruture.

But still, it does not fully solve the issue with SphericalGeometry

It also integrates the small adjustment which had to be done link-up to generate the 3KM hydrological network over the IP.

The fact that performing the sums in different order still induces differences but they are small.

The addition of a landsendtohalo to fetch_basin does not work. Leads to a lock-up in truncate.

But there still seems to be an issue with the calculation of the fetch.
