Resolve "Add MOSA pitch and update jitter levels"

  • Change default spacecraft angular jitter levels to (5E-9, 5E-9, 5E-9) [rad/sqrt(Hz)]
  • The parameter mosa_jitter_asds is now a 2-tuple of values for (yaw, pitch), with new default values (2E-9, 1e-9) [rad/sqrt(Hz)]
  • Add MOSA pitch jitter to the model, and therefore to mosa_total_jitter_etas
  • Change default set of laser frequency offsets
