Attempts to add up-stream error into the grouph file. But the methodology is not good enough. It uses too much memory. The merger between the procs needs to be optimized.

Adds a function to gather and merge lists onto roo proc. It works based on a list of indicis already assembled on the root proc and then add to this list other information which is distributed over other procs.

Flinget in the model needs to have all the variables in REAL. So I needed to change the two new variables added.

There is now a list of stations with all the indices of where they are to be found n the routing graph and the monitoring variables.

Some refinements in the output of the various modules. In particular for the stations we cannot position.

Add a Strcture.txt file to the Iberia test case so that this gets tested here as well. It also provides an exemple for how such a file needs to be written.

Moved the reading of the stations to be located up so that if there is an error in the file it can be dedected before calculations start.

The format of the file was also changed so that the name of the station could be provided.

Small improvement ti Locations.py and integrated a test of the location method for GRDC station into one of the Iberian test cases.

First implementation of the reading and placement of gauging stations or infrastructures. Tested on Mallorca with some imaginary structures.

Simplification of Interface.py and creating of the GraphHydro.py module to manage the operations on the HTU graph.

Made the script a little more general ! Should also launch install_Environment.bash when appropriate !
