NPTool uses the Geant4 toolkit for simulation , the cern ROOT analysis framework , the GNU Scientific Library (GSL) and the Class Library for High Energy Physics (CLHEP) and need them to work, therefore it does not include source code from those collaboration, and is not part of them.
