- Change ComptonCAM.detector file:
separated blocks for dsssd / calorimeter / telescope
add cartesian positions for dsssd

- Keep initial ComptonCAM.detector file = ComptonCAM_ini.detector

- Add position of interaction (x,y) for dsssd: in Physics and Spectra
changes in ReadConfiguration to read the separated detectors blocks
add AddDetectorDSSSD method to get (x,y) strips positions
add impact matrix control spectra
