* Fixing bug where compilation of selected detector works in NPL but not

* in NPS:
        - When a user used -DETLIST flag to select specific detector,
        the choice was registred and used in npl correctly but no
        detector was compiled in npsimulation
        - The NPS CMakeLists.txt has been modified to mirror the npl one
