in order to make the analysis faster when using non-nptool detectors
with large array/vectors. This new method works similarly to npanalysis
but using npreader instead of npanalysis. This method is currently
supported for MUST2, CATS and MUSETT and it still under
testing/developpment.

        - this is within an effort to allow out of source build

* Fxing issue with Example1

        - The event rate display was wrong on Linux system when using MT
        - Event rate is now correct
        - Improved Thread Scheduling for slightly faster analysis
        - add Option to switch off MT at compilation
        - Improve CATS performance dramatically (3 time faster)
        - remove a few using namespace std laying around

        - Detector now read there configration through NPIntputParser
        - File is read once and then the parser is passed on
        - Allow for smaller ReadConfiguration method
        - NPS and NPL ReadConfiguration almost identical
        - Support for unit
        - Draw back: strongly rely on file indentation

* updating a matta email

  - now all detector are within a Detectors Folder
