* Fixing Warning in TTiaraBarrelPhysics

  - Should be 1 was -1

  - TTiaraBarrelSpectra now compile
  - Missing TTiaraBarrelPhysics added

 - FillRaw spectra was filling Sectors with rings info

  - The Detector Manager was redoing the work of the Option Manager
    adding twice the NPTOOL path

 - Still not functionnal
 - Can read input file and instantiate properly
 - Does not do any physics yet

 - Only set the spectra to solid green for now

 - Missing +1 to index in naming the spectra

 - Accessing wrong histo name in the map causing crash

+ Fix bugs in size of a few histos from Hyball
