Updating Scone, ChiNu and PISTA detectors

        - also made some change to get a more functionnal detector

        - Modification of all existing detector class
        - Modification of Detector Skeleton
        - Branch is now called only if Branch does not exist
        - Cosmetic change to display when reloading geometry

* Restaure NPTool style (previous one was broken)

        -Detector still not functionnal

* removing DummyDetector
