- Getter was returning the whole vector instead of the single element
  - Not take a unsigned int as argument to specify the element to return

   of gcc (>= 4.6.3) on Linux

  environment variables.

* The $NPTOOL env. variable is now the only one to be defined for
  running the project.

* Add comments in the $NPTOOL/NPLib/liblist file to specify that
  this file is created automatically.

   -install_name $(CURDIR)/ had to be removed because NPSimulation was not
   executing anymore

* New Makefile and file arrangements for Gaspard in NPAnalysis

 -Test on different machine need to be done

* Fixing mistake in NPEnvironment.tchrc
* Adding a new line in NPS makefile to avoid problem with some G4 installation

   + propagate the changes in all Makefiles

* InteractionCoordinates and Plastic Makefiles did not have the new scheme
   + now it is done

 - All makefile now call a base_Makefile that contain all the variable output (test of arch and so on).
 - Each makefile of each folder now look much smaller and easier to ready

 - Bug in NPNucleus fixed
 - Bug strip numerotation on Gaspard Annular
 - Bug on numeric limit fixed by adding #include<limits> header
