Put back to the original Configuration reading setup. I was just confused with the original setup, but now makes sense.

Changed energy threshold units from MeV to keV, and the addition of 1) relevant channels in the 'InitializeStandardParameters()' function, 2) tokens used in config file in 'ReadAnalysisConfig()' function, and 3) checks that a hit chennel is a valid channel in the PreTreat.

Fixed Hyball's sector 9 problem. Ring data without a partner in Sector was wrongly set to sector 8, but not correctly set to 9.

Addition of variables holding arbitrary X, Y and Z shifts in the Tiara Barrel placement at construction, adding the 'getters' for these variables in the header file, and changing the specific measurements and calculations in the Get(Randomised)PositionOfInteraction function.

Added implementation of general shifts in X, Y and Z directions in the construction of GeTAMU clovers.

Still problems w/ GetPositionOfInteraction()
