        - csh is so poor even alias cannot be defined
        - pretty much useless

        - nicer flag to load the libraries
        - comply with the rpath method of linking

        - nps compilation was done before npl compilation

implementing fully the Data and Spectra classes, implementing partly (Only the DeltaE detector) the physics class

        - Add back on clover basis
        - Pick up right cristal and segment (max energy)
        - Still need to work on DC and Angle

        - the interpolation is done by a TSpline3 instead of specialized
          GSL interpolator

        - The command testing rootcint was left to debug mode leading to
          compilation failure
