This reverts commit 2907ec54, reversing
changes made to a5b50e27.

This is the first public push of the 19O(d,p)20O analysis code, but this experiment was analysed several years ago by Dr. Irene Zanon, producing:

The Analysis.* codes pushed here already have some additional changes from the original IZ version (solid angle calculations, phase space etc.), and all files other than Analysis.* are new.
The original IZ Analysis.* codes are available elsewhere.
