- Adding Reverse Map for simulation reshufle of strips
        - Fixing bug in TMugastPhysics causing Square geometry to be
        used for Trap and vis versa, depending on input file
        - Recenter of strip position around detector center in MugastPhy

        - User can add a level decay file in geant4 format
        - this is done in the event generator file

neutron library as an option in the users PhysicsListOption.txt

        - The active flag was reset to 0 preventing reaction from
          occuring

        - This caused a crash whan the simulation was not provided a
          physics list option file

          diffusivity

        - Still need some work (drift direction is hard coded, small bug
          in transport cause G4 to issue exeception)
