in NPSimulation/Tigress

* Change CLHEP unit system for NPSystemUnit in NPAnalysis
  for W1 detector

- Sin theta was not applied to the cross section

 - In the case of multiinteraction in the same volume, the scorer was keeping only the last energy deposit, instead of summing them
 - The threshold has been move in the Read sensitive and is no longer in the scorer, as the energy deposit can be down in multiple step each of them below threshold and be ignored if the threshold is applyed individually.

* Fixing GeometricalEfficiency.C macro to fit new TInitialCondition
* Adding support for TInitialCondition in Sharc

 - The DetectorThickness token has no effect

 - Beam was creating a never used Initial Condition
 - The hollow branch appear only on Linux(?) computer...

 - The target was not created and thus the Material not register in the dE/dx table. So NPS crash when trying to write the table. The table is no longer written if the size of the target is 0

* Fixing issue when EventGeneratorIsotropic is used for gamma emission

 - NPS was giving conflict between NP system of Unit and CLHEP one, this is was fixed by a nested ifdef on HEP_SYSTEM_OF_UNIT

* Fixing issue with S1:
 - in Detector Manager a tipo was desabling the condition compilation of S1

* Fixing issue in Isotropic:
 - conflict when the particle was light nuclei given by its name (eg proton instead of 1H)
 - Problem is fixed and user can use gamma, proton, deuton, triton and alpha spelling

 - Tree was not declared in non proof mode

 - The analysis project is in pMakePhysicalTree
 - The macro is launch putting the usual NPTool option in the macro string argument
 - Parrallel computation and merging of the output tree in memory (not suitable for very large run...)
 - Some change in the ROOTOuput to fit the requierement of pROOF, using the NPTOptionManager option --proof to activate them

 - The NPA project where not changed to include the new file and keep old ref to CLHEP path

   + this allows to remove CLHEP dependency in NPLib
   + this allows to remove Constant.h file

* The $NPTOOL env. variable is now the only one to be defined for

 - MakeFriendTrees("RunToRead1","RunToRead2")
 - can be called within CINT

 - Now Detector have two method to initialize the root input, one for the Raw data and one for physical data
 - An option ca be given in NPA to specified the input is of physical type

* Identify and correct some bug on the SSSD

 - project contain macro for thickness correction for SSSD used with Must2

* Adding Calibration Macro for Must2 in the macro folder in NPA must2

 - Template can be used also to make physical tree, so it is renamed MakePhysicalTree

   -install_name $(CURDIR)/ had to be removed because NPSimulation was not
   executing anymore

* New Makefile and file arrangements for Gaspard in NPAnalysis

 - Calibration Manager is now called inside the detector manager
 - Code is ligther in NPA without explicit call of the Calibration Manager

* Still a error message remain while launching the Template
 - Dont know where but he try to read the EG file somewhere inside the RootInput....

 -Test on different machine need to be done

 - further test need to be done to test the new way to acces detector via the detector manager


* the map of detector manager is now private and acces via a GetDetector Method
 - If the detector does not exist, the programm issued an error message and exit
