- Detector now read there configration through NPIntputParser
        - File is read once and then the parser is passed on
        - Allow for smaller ReadConfiguration method
        - NPS and NPL ReadConfiguration almost identical
        - Support for unit
        - Draw back: strongly rely on file indentation

* fixing warning in physics list
* adding MUGAST+AGATA detector file
