it was giving linking errors in NPAnalysis
  + the main changes have been to declare the AddHisto1D and AddHisto2D
    methods in 'public' instead of 'private' in VSpectra.h
  + some cleaning for including headers in NPLib/T*Spectra.{h,cxx}
