* Replace first CATS version (Sandra) with updated 

   version (Pierre) supporting Confiuration File...

 * Getters in TCATSData.h now return a const result

 * Applythreshold() and GetPedestal() methods have
   been added in CalibrationManager. This is needed
   by the new TCATSPhysics version.
