- All makefile now call a base_Makefile that contain all the variable output (test of arch and so on).
 - Each makefile of each folder now look much smaller and easier to ready

   + when finding a specific isotope, the size of the symbol is now taken
     into account: 31S and 31S are now well treated for example.

* Modifing code of the Reaction and Detector Manager so you can also put absolute or relative path to the different file
 - Still support the use of environment path
 - Transparent for user, the two way are equivalent

 - A singleton class to make more easy to use NPTool Prog.

* Automaticly write the table corresponding to the target and light/beam particle in the input/EnergyLoss directory

	- Default value for second argument is now in .hh file instead of .cxx file so last argument could be ommited
