Some code clean up has been done as well (cosmetic change for the most)

 * Add EXL detector in NPLib
 * Change Must2 Makefile and remove TMust2Spectra build
   since it was causing some unreliable behaviour

   + itoa() function now uses sprintf instead of ostringstream

   + This class holds the spetra which are needed for the online analysis
     of Must2 experiments
   + However, this class only depends on ROOT and can be used in any context.
   + This is a first uncomplete version which has not been tested yet.

   + Add new method SetRawDataPointer(TxxxData*) which gives by hand the 
     TxxxData object to the corresponding TxxxPhysics object

 - Now Detector have two method to initialize the root input, one for the Raw data and one for physical data
 - An option ca be given in NPA to specified the input is of physical type

* Identify and correct some bug on the SSSD

 - Suppress all Tab
 - Arrange indentation

* Add config register in TMust2Physicis

 - IsValidChannel was not properly implemented
 - Call object Telescope number instead of TelescopeNumber-1

 - replace some lines by equivalent but more simple code in Match_X_Y
 - Fix bug on SiLi matching
 - Fix bug on SiLi time research

 - adding const to get fonction
 - adding const to get and set argument
 - replacing .at methop by [] operator in get methods

*Changing TSSSDData
 - Same as Must2

   + propagate the changes in all Makefiles

* InteractionCoordinates and Plastic Makefiles did not have the new scheme
   + now it is done

 - All makefile now call a base_Makefile that contain all the variable output (test of arch and so on).
 - Each makefile of each folder now look much smaller and easier to ready

* Minor Update on TSSSD to be consistant with TMUST2

 - Change Compare method by == operator in Token Detection
 - Change way to make EX and EY match. New Methods now use symetric algorithm with respect to X and Y

 - Now can choose between EX,EY and TX,TY via configMust2.dat
 - Add register of all Energy and Time for checking purpose

 - Put all threshold as an option through configMUST2.dat
 - Add better support for matching between strip and cristal/pad
 - Add option to set the cristal / pad size
 - Add option to ignore in data event between cristal/pad
 - Renaming Namespace to avoid conflict
 - Renaming variable to be consistent

 -Change the routine for configSSSD.dat, consistent with MUST2

* Change filllibdir.h
 - Remove NPToolLogon_C.so from lib dir to avoid error message on linux

 - Bug in NPNucleus fixed
 - Bug strip numerotation on Gaspard Annular
 - Bug on numeric limit fixed by adding #include<limits> header

   + NPS and NPA are consistent in case of Trapezoid shape placed in
     cartesian coordinates.
   + This should be checked when Trapezoid shape is placed in spherical
     coordinates.

* Removing old files in NPLib/Gaspard

 - User can now edit a ConfigSSSD.dat file in order to disable channel

 - Adding generation of the root Dictionnary in the makefile of Tools directory
 - Fixing Namespace problem, now TagManager is NPTagManager class 

 - this optional folder of analysis project is there to hold the configuration file of each detector. 
 - Each of this file hold value that can be set-up for custom analysis (threshold,...) as well as the channel that should be turned of

 - Using a PreTreat to desactivate some telescopes, channel or layer
 - New way of treating time for CsI and SiLi. The time is not always code to avoid problem with SiLi Orsay that use standard electronic instead of MUST2 ASIC

*Updating Modification date of a couple of file

	- No strip inversion...

	- Now things are coherent with notation
	- Problem come from confusion in MUST2 local referencial: U is analog to Y, V to X axis

	-Now test for compatibility in SiLi and CsI time
	-Allow time to be not coded, usefull for real data

	- Little test has been performed and things seems to work correctly

 - Adding missing call of VDetector::AddParameterToCalibManager in the DetectorManager class
 - Modifing the algorithm that read the calibration file so it should work (hopefully)
 - Modifiyng analysis project so it's instantiate things in the correct order
