* Fixing minor bug in NPBeam and NPReaction

 - In the case of multiinteraction in the same volume, the scorer was keeping only the last energy deposit, instead of summing them
 - The threshold has been move in the Read sensitive and is no longer in the scorer, as the energy deposit can be down in multiple step each of them below threshold and be ignored if the threshold is applyed individually.

 - The target was not created and thus the Material not register in the dE/dx table. So NPS crash when trying to write the table. The table is no longer written if the size of the target is 0

* Fixing issue when EventGeneratorIsotropic is used for gamma emission

 - Put 2009-2013 copyright date
 - Change the place of the ifndef position to avoid multiple inclusion of comment line

 - Add associate class in NPL
 - Add Function in NPL

Some code clean up has been done as well (cosmetic change for the most)

 - Suppress all Tab
 - Arrange indentation

   + NPSimulation is working
   + NPAnalysis is not

* Update all Analysis.cc files in NPAnalysis to account for new method

* Automaticly write the table corresponding to the target and light/beam particle in the input/EnergyLoss directory

	- an empty target is instantiate every time
	- if the target is empty, the energy loss process is not called

* Now interaction coordinate and Energy loss of the beam are compute using a target method, called in the different event generator
	- Some test have been done, results are OK
	- Simulation is slightly slow done by this process of slowing done the beam, mainly because an Energy loss table is called every events...

   + Token NBLAYERS is used to slow down the beam in the target from the
     entrance to the beam interaction point

	- Wrong token sequence is no more issued when a comment is insert within the input file
* Adding comment support for AnnularS1

   - This is useful for elastic scattering studies

* Add CH2 material for target definition
